TitleTracker Privacy Policy

1. About TitleTracker

TitleTracker is an independent Formula 1-related application that provides current season data, standings, race information, AI-powered championship predictions, Top 4 prediction tools, points simulation features, and planned future features such as live race tracking.

TitleTracker is not an official Formula 1 application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide and operate the App.

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

Email address
Authentication-related account identifier

We currently do not intentionally collect usernames or display names.

2.2 Passwords and Authentication

TitleTracker uses Supabase Authentication to manage user accounts. Passwords are securely handled by Supabase Authentication. We do not have direct access to your raw password.

2.3 Local App Data

The App may store certain local data on your device, such as:

App preferences
Cached data
Session-related information
Basic settings required for the App to function properly

This information is used to improve functionality and user experience.

2.4 Technical and Network Information

Some technical information may be processed automatically by third-party services used to operate the App. This may include information such as:

IP address
Device information
Browser or device type
Operating system
App usage-related technical logs
Network request information

This information may be processed by services such as Supabase, Vercel, Google Play, and other infrastructure providers as part of normal service operation. We do not manually expose this information as a user-facing feature.

2.5 Analytics and Crash Reporting

At this time, we do not intentionally enable dedicated analytics or crash reporting features. However, third-party platforms used to distribute or operate the App, such as Google Play or hosting providers, may process limited technical or diagnostic data according to their own policies.

2.6 Advertising-Related Data

TitleTracker may use Google AdMob or similar advertising services. Advertising-related data may be collected or processed by Google AdMob in order to display, measure, or improve advertisements.

Such data may include device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interaction data, and other information as described in Google's own privacy policies.

Pricing, availability, and included features may change over time. If paid features are introduced, additional payment-related terms may apply through Google Play or another authorized payment provider.

We do not directly collect or store payment card information.

5. Third-Party Services

TitleTracker may use third-party services to operate the App, manage accounts, host services, provide Formula 1-related data, display advertisements, or distribute the App.

These services may include, but are not limited to:

These third-party services may collect, process, or store information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security practices, availability, reliability, or policies of third-party services.

6. Formula 1 Data Accuracy and Availability

TitleTracker may use third-party APIs and data sources, including OpenF1, FastF1, and Jolpica, to display Formula 1-related information such as standings, results, schedules, session data, race data, and other motorsport-related information.

We do not control these external data sources and cannot guarantee that all information will always be accurate, complete, available, or updated in real time.

Formula 1-related data shown in the App may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable due to third-party data limitations, technical errors, API changes, service interruptions, or other factors outside our control.

7. AI Predictions and Simulations

TitleTracker may include AI-powered predictions, championship forecasts, Top 4 prediction tools, and points simulation features.

These features are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Predictions and simulations are generated based on available data, mathematical calculations, statistical methods, or machine learning models. They are not official results and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

Actual Formula 1 results, championship standings, race outcomes, and driver performance may differ from predictions or simulations shown in the App.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share or process information only when necessary for:

Account authentication
App hosting and infrastructure
App distribution
Advertising services, if enabled
Technical support
Legal compliance
Security and fraud prevention

Third-party services may process data as necessary to provide their services.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no method of electronic storage, transmission, or online service is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as necessary to provide the App and manage your account.

If you request account deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize your account information, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or platform compliance reasons.

11. Account Deletion

At this time, TitleTracker does not provide an in-app account deletion feature.

We will make reasonable efforts to process account deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Children's Privacy

TitleTracker is intended for a general audience and does not contain content that is intentionally inappropriate for children.

However, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is required by applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information without proper consent, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

TitleTracker is an independent application.

TitleTracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Formula 1, Formula One Management, the FIA, any Formula 1 team, any Formula 1 driver, OpenF1, FastF1, Jolpica, or any related official racing organization.

All trademarks, logos, names, team names, driver names, race names, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Use of Formula 1-related information is for informational, statistical, and entertainment purposes only.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we may update the effective date at the top of this policy.

Continued use of the App after changes are made means you accept the updated Privacy Policy. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
